3. The arts

My main interest in life is the arts. Things i have or intend to put here are:

• Some info about my music. A few scores. I used to write music and actually studied piano as a child and in college, and then composition for three years in college. (I dropped out; it’s a long story.)
• Some info about the band i was in, etraSONUS.
• Reviews of films, music, books—anything i review.
• Snippets of emails, Usenet posts or journal entries related to art and aesthetics.
• Perhaps some of my old essays about post-Randian aesthetics (that term alone is enough to get me burned at the stake by the Ayn Rand folks—which is why i use it). This stuff is actually the first draft of a book (with Steve Clarian).
• Perhaps some old poems. Things i don’t expect ever to be published in print.
• Links to things i find interesting and/or useful.
• Anything else about the arts i feel like posting.
